摘要
E类放大器是一种高效放大器,其DC/RF功率转换率将近100%.本文对带旁路电感的E类放大器的波形、集电极电流和电压、输出功率进行了分析,计算出负载网络的最佳参数,为该类放大器的设计提供了依据.
Class E amplifier is a high-efficiency amplifier.It offers DC/RF power conversion efficien-cy approaching100percent.This paper has analysed the waveforms of Class E amplifier with shunt inductor.The value of the collector current and voltage,the output power,and the parameters of the load network are also determined,which provide reference basis for the design of the amplifier.
