摘要
研究了球铁曲轴沉割滚压加工工序流程及沉割槽加工工艺,通过试验证明,先沉割后轴颈感应淬火和连杆颈端面磨削,对曲轴疲劳强度没有影响;沉割滚压后,虽然曲轴结构强度下降了28%,但曲轴弯曲疲劳强度提高了169%,弯曲疲劳极限应力可达712N/mm2。
A study is made on the operation sequences as well as undercutting operation for nodular cast iron crankshaft with deep rolling technology.Experimental results show that undercutting firstly and then induction hardening of crankshaft and end surface grinding of connecting rod journal don’t affect the fatigue strength of crankshaft.The static strength of crankshaft drops by28%after undercutting and deep rolling,however,the bending fatigue strength has been improved by169%,the bending fatigue limit stress reaches712N/mm 2 .
