一段时期,国产转向柱出现故障增多现象,其故障形式为转向柱轴承松旷并伴随有异响。在对5万km以内的故障件进行分析之后,得出转向柱故障是由于其轴承早期失效所致。大批量生产的轴承与产品验审时的质量有较大的差异,表现为轴承保持架尺寸偏差较大。在生产过程中,冲压零件的工艺尺寸控制不严格是产品质量下降的根本原因。

For a period of time,the local steering columns have occurred more and more breakdowns in the forms of bearing clearance and abnormal crack as well.After checking carefully invalid parts less than50000km travel,its observed that the steering column breakdown is originated from the early failure of bearing.There is a quite differences,especially in retainer size,between the quality of bearing in mass production and that in inspection.The primary reason for product quality decline lies in the unserious control of press technology.
