采用孔径伸长率法检测钢板冲压成形性能

Aperture Elongation Approach to Sheet Stamping Performance Detection

为弥补现有评价钢板成形性检测方法的不足,提出了一种通过测定带孔拉伸试样的孔径伸长率来评价钢板冲压成形性的新方法。介绍了设计孔径伸长率法的基本原理和其试样的制备及标准化。通过试验数据和应用实践证明,该方法适用范围广,检测精度高,数值可以量化,使用简便易行。

In order to deal with the disadvantage of current sheet stamping performance detection,a new way to evaluating sheet stamping performance,i.e.to measure aperture percentage elongation of perforated tensile sample,was advanced.The design principle of this aperture elongation method,and preparation and standardization of samples are introduced.Based on mass of data and practice,it is demonstrated that this method has many advantages such as wide scope of application,high precision,value quantification,easy to operate,and so on.
