原子荧光光谱法代替传统方法同时测定汞和砷 被引量:11

摘要 利用氢化物发生-原子荧光分析技术(HG-AFS)同时测定水样中汞、砷。通过一系列条件实验,设定了合理有效的水样前处理方法,仪器测定条件以及主要试剂的浓度。并从其线性范围、最低检出限、精密度、准确度、回收率等方面进行检测,与传统方法进行比较,结果表明:该方法优越于传统方法,可同时测定水中汞和砷,具有很好的可行性和适用性。 The analytical technique,hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS),is used to determine hydrargyrum and arsenic in water sample simultaneously.A reasonable and effective prior treatment method of the water sample,apparatus conditions and the concentration of main reagents are established by do-ing a series of conditional experiments.The linearity range,the lowest examine limit,accuracy,veracity,recov-ery rate,etc.have been checked.Compared with the traditional method,the results show that this method is bet-ter than the traditional one,because hydrargyrum and arsenic can be determined simultaneously,having very good feasibility and adjustability.
