摘要
在分析Nickols的问题类型和基本问题类型关系的基础上,总结质量系统中的实践经验,归纳出5种质量问题类型,并对各类问题的特征、性质等进行了分析,开成质量问题分类系统。
In this paper, quality problems are categorized into five specific types in terms of experience, which is based on the problem type of Frederick Nickols and on the basic problem types. Then it analyses each type's characteristics and specific properties, on which the taxonomy of quality problem is formed.
