摘要
汽车行业实施电子商务是不可避免的。大型汽车集团作为汽车行业供应链的核心企业,在电子商务的构建中扮演着重要的角色。本文对我国某大型汽车制造集团的管理模式和业务流程进行了深入研究的基础上,提出了实施电子商务的战略,研究采取此步骤的原因,构建了各实施阶段电子商务平台的框价。
Ebusiness is an inevitable tendency,largescale automobile corporations will play an important role in the Ebusiness implementation.On the basis of studies on management modes and business processes of an automobile corporation,the strategic stages of implementing Ebusiness are suggested at first,then reasons are studied.Finally the structure of the Ebusiness platform at every stage are constructed.
