摘要 单侧耳聋(simgle-sideddeafness,SSD)为一侧耳听力丧失而对侧耳听力正常的特殊听力损失,在人群中具有较高的发病率。虽然单侧耳聋患者只存在部分听觉剥夺,但患者的中枢仍然发生了广泛的结构及功能上的重塑,涉及的区域不仅包括听觉皮层及听觉传导通路,还波及到视觉皮层等其他感官区域,甚至影响患者控制高级认知功能脑区。这些重塑的发生可能影响患者的高级认知功能包括言语、学习、社交等能力。 Single side deafness(SSD)is a special hearing loss with one ear affected while the other ear has normal hearing.It has a high incidence in population.More and more studies has showed that the SDD patients.have extensive functional and structural plasticity in brain regions,although they only has partial auditory deprivation.The related areas include auditory cortex,and also other sensory areas,such as visual cortex.Furthermore,plasticity in SSD occurrs even in the brain area in charge of advanced cognitive function,which could have influence on the advanced cognitive function of patients such as speech,learning and social abilities.
