摘要
本文综述中耳压强补偿后的耳声发射(otoacousticemission,OAE)测试的相关应用,提出了补偿中耳压强(compensatedmiddleearpressure,CMEP)测试OAE的概念。当患者中耳存在异常正压或负压时,会降低OAE的幅度从而影响诊断,对这类患者使用该检测技术可一定程度避免中耳问题对检测内耳功能的干扰,对临床工作有帮助,但该技术还存在不足及未知问题,需要进一步探讨其机制和准确性。
The pressure-compensated otoacoustic emission is an advanced way to measuring otoacoustic emissions(OAEs). The current study intended to present the possible benefits of measuring OAEs in ear with tympanometric peak pressure(relative to ambient pressure), and to discuss the clinical application in pressurized OAE measurement. It is known that positive and negative middle ear pressures could reduce the emission amplitude, which might affect clinical diagnosis of type and severity of hearing loss. For patients with negative middle ear pressure, pressurized OAE is expected to lead to better middle ear transmission, which decrease the occurrence of false-positives. The needs for future research in otoacoustic emissions at compensated middle ear pressure suggested for better specificity and sensitivity.
