语言康复辅以音乐疗法对失语症患者语言功能的影响

Effect of Language Therapy Combined with Music Therapy on Language Function of Aphasia

目的探讨语言康复治疗联合音乐疗法对脑血管病后失语症患者语言功能的影响。方法选取90例脑血管病后失语症患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采取常规康复治疗,研究组在此基础上采用综合语言康复治疗联合音乐疗法,对比两组患者语言功能和日常生活交流能力改善的差异。结果两组患者干预前中国康复中心失语症筛查表评分(Chinese rehabilitation center for aphasia screening form,CRRAE)、失语商评分(aphasia quotient,AQ)和日常生活交流能力评分(assessm entof communication skills in daily life,CADL)对比无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后两项指标均明显高于干预前,且研究组明显高于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血管病后失语症患者应用综合语言康复治疗联合音乐疗法,可提高患者的日常生活交流能力,改善患者语言功能,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of language therapy combined with music therapy on language function and daily communication ability of aphasia after cerebrovascular disease.Methods Ninety patients with aphasia after cerebrovascular disease admitted were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method.45 patients in control group were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy and nursing.On this basis,the patients in study group were applied comprehensive language the rehabilitation therapy combined with music therapy.The results of the speech function and communication ability in daily life from two nursing methods for aphasia after cerebrovascular disease were compared.Results There was no significant difference in CRRAE(Chinese aphasia rehabilitation center screening table score)and AQ(aphasia quotient)score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the CRRAE score and AQ index in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the CRRAE score and AQ index in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the CADL(assessment of communication skills in daily life)score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The prognosis CADL score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive language rehabilitation therapy combined with music therapy in patients with aphasia after cerebrovascular disease can improve their language function,daily communication ability,quality of life.
