以听力下降和眩晕为首发症状的基底动脉夹层动脉瘤1例报告

A Case of Basilar Artery Dissected Aneurysm with Sudden Hearing Loss and Vertigo as the First Symptom

报告1例男性,54岁以听力下降伴眩晕就诊的患者,通过影像学检查明确诊断为急性桥臂梗死、基底动脉夹层动脉瘤,经介入行颅内夹层动脉瘤支架植入术治疗。我们结合文献复习对听力下降伴眩晕及夹层动脉瘤的诊疗予以分析和讨论。

A 54-year-old male patient with sudden deafness accompanied by vertigo was diagnosed as acute brachial bridge infarction and basilar artery dissection aneurysm by imaging examination, and was treated with intracranial dissection aneurysm stent implantation through interventional therapy. Combined with literature review, we will analyze and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness with vertigo and dissected aneurysm.
