摘要 目的探讨听障儿童开展早期绘本阅读的优势,以促进听障儿童语言能力发展。方法选择60例人工耳蜗植入儿童,分为听力语言康复+早期绘本阅读干预组(A组)与无早期阅读对照组(B组)。采用语言能力评估量表对被试进行6个月、12个月的语言能力评估对比。结果两组被试语言能力在6~12个月均有极显著提升(P<0.01);对被试在模仿句长、看图说话、听话识图和主题对话4个维度行t检验,A组与B组接受干预后6个月的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12个月的结果具有极显著差异(P<0.01)。A组经过干预后,语言能力在12个月评估数据显著提高(P<0.01),在语言理解、语法、语用等方面均有不同程度提高,12个月相较6个月在听话识图与模仿句长优势较明显,主题对话与看图说话次之。结论儿童对语言的理解早于语法组织与语言交往能力,坚持早期绘本阅读,丰富幼儿的阅读经验,可有效提高听障儿童语言能力。 Objective The explore the advantages of early reading in children with cochlear implants, so as to promote the language development of hearing-impaired children. Methods 60 children with cochlear implants were divided into two groups: the hearing and speech rehabilitation + early reading group(Group A), and the only hearing and speech rehabilitation group(group B). The language proficiency assessment scale was used to evaluate Groups A and B in 6 and12 months respectively. Results Language ability was developed significantly in 6-12 months in the both groups. The chisquare analysis was carried out in the two groups in the length of mimic sentences, speech reading, listening comprehension and subject dialogue. There was no significant difference between Group A and Group B in 6 months(P>0.05), significant difference was found between Group A and Group B in 12 months(P<0.05). After intervention, the language ability of Group A at 12 months was developed significantly, in language understanding, grammar and pragmatics. Compared with6 months, children did much better in 12 months in listening comprehension and mimic sentences, and better in subject dialogue and speech reading. Conclusion Children’s language understanding ability develops before grammar and communication ability, so we should stick to early reading of picture books to enrich their reading experience. This can effectively improve children’s language ability.
