国内构音障碍的研究热点分析

The Latest Focus of Reaseach on Domestic Dysarthria

目的掌握国内近十年构音障碍领域的研究热点与方向。方法检索2008~2018年CNKI数据库中构音障碍的文献,采用CiteSpace工具展现发文量、作者、机构、关键词知识图谱,进行可视化分析。结果①构音障碍的发文量呈稳定上升趋势;②核心作者群发文量最多为17篇;③高产机构多为医学语言科部门;④热点关键词为脑卒中、磁共振成像、针刺、言语治疗、功能性构音障碍等。结论构音障碍的研究主要集中在针刺疗法、唇舌训练等言语治疗方法,各类构音障碍特点、评估等理论和脑卒中、腭裂等障碍的临床实例方面。

Objective To grasp the research hotspots and directions in the field of articulation disorders in recent ten years.Method Visualization analysis was carried out by using CiteSpace tool to display the knowledge maps of publications,authors,institutions and keywords.Results First,the volume of papers is on a steady upward trend.Second,the core author group is composed of Li Feng,Xu Lina,Huang Zhaoming and other scholars.Third,most of the high-yielding institutions are medical linguistics departments.Four,the key words are apoplexy,magnetic resonance imaging,acupuncture,speech therapy,functional dysarthria and so on.Conclusions The research on dysarthria mainly focuses on speech therapy such as acupuncture,lip and tongue training,the characteristics and evaluation of dysarthria,and clinical examples of stroke and cleft palate.
