摘要
提出了中州铝厂在现有生产条件下 ,实施强化预脱硅的重要性 ;针对预脱硅过程的影响因素 ,进行了大量研究。结果表明 ,在适当的技术条件下 ,经过预脱硅后得到的脱硅原液 ,硅量指数可以达到 15 0以上。而在原有的生产条件下 ,脱硅原液的硅量指数只有 5 0 -70。根据实验研究结果 ,对预脱硅系统进行了技术改造 ,为中州铝厂间接加热高压脱硅机组的投用及其运行周期的延长创造了有利条件。
Importance of intensifying pre-desilication under existing production conditions of Zhongzhou Aluminum Plant is stressed. Extensive study is conducted for the factors effecting the pre-desilication process. The results shown that the silica module of the desilicated liquor under proper technical conditions can be up to more than 150 compared with a silica module of only 50-70 under the original production conditions. Based on the experimental results, technical reformation has been performed, creating a favorable condition for the running of indirect heating high-pressure desilicating units and extending of their running cycle.
