电压驱动型脉宽调制器件TL494特性研究

介绍了电压驱动型脉宽调制器件TL494的脉宽调制特性,结合高频变换倍压整流高压电源电路,通过对输出波形的分析,得取了工作电压对其工作性能的影响,给出了TL494振荡控制的方法.对其频率响应特性进行了重点分析与讨论,分别测试了各有关参数的影响,并用关系图表现实验结果.研究了脉宽调制对实验结果的影响,给出了关系图并得到最佳工作效果值,进而研究其工作性能.

This paper introduces pulse width modulation character of voltage drivetype pulse width modulator TL494 in high frequency switch voltage multiplying rectifying high voltage power supply circuit.The effect of working voltage on its working characteristic is obtained and its law is studied by analyzing output waveform.The method of modulator vibration control is provided.Its frequency responding character is mainly analyzed and discussed.And the effect of some concerning parameters on it are tested by experiment,when the experiment result is written by means of scheme.The effect on pulse width modulation for experiment result is also studied and the scheme is also drawed,the optimum working value is obtained too.Its working characteristic is also explained.
