合肥承接国际服务外包影响因素的实证分析及建议

The Analysis and Suggestions of Influencing Factors of Undertaking International Service Outsourcing in Hefei

近些年来,全球掀起了以服务外包为代表的新一轮产业转移浪潮。合肥市作为我国服务外包示范城市之一,研究影响其承接国际服务外包的影响因素很有必要。文章从市场规模、服务业比重、工资成本、基础设施、人力资本、外商直接投资等六个方面进行实证分析,解释实证结果并给出相关发展建议。

In recent years, there is a new round of industrial transfer represented by service outsourcing in the world. Hefei is one of the demonstration cities of service outsourcing, so it is necessary to research on the influencing factors that affect undertaking interna-tional service outsourcing in Hefei. The paper analyzes empirically six factors : market scale,the proportion of service industry, wage cost, infrastructure scale, human capital and foreign direct investment, and explains empirical results and makes some suggestions for development.
