摘要
基于模态分析与振型叠加,建立某型动车组制动夹钳单元频率响应分析模型,并通过正弦扫频试验验证该模型的合理性。该模型有效反映出悬吊刚度对制动夹钳低频振动特性存在的重要影响,并通过一系列算例分析,分别研究各向悬吊刚度对制动夹钳频率响应特性的影响规律。研究成果可为车体和车下设备耦合振动研究提供进一步的理论依据。
Built on modal analysis and the superposition of vibration modes, the paper sets up the unit frequency respond model for the analysis of the braking clamps applied on a particular EMU type, the validity of which is verified in the sine sweeping test. The results show that the model built reflects the significance of the suspension stiffness of the braking clamps to the characteristics of its frequency response. Afterwards, the paper strives to identify the influential pattern that suspension stiffness at different directions may generate to frequency response via a series of example calculation. The study provides theoretical references to the research on the coupled vibrations of carbody and of devices installed below the vehicle.
