摘要
基于现场调研,总结我国高速铁路基础设施3种主要维修管理模式:分专业站段管理模式、生产一体化管理模式和"三位一体"管理模式。梳理目前高铁工务、电务、供电专业结合部维修管理现状及存在问题,对比分析结合部不同维修模式。从成立结合部设备维修小组消灭结合部、融合规章标准、统一生产组织、实行联合考核、强化综合培训、推进科技创新6个方面,提出工电供融合背景下专业结合部一体化维修管理建议。
Based on field research,the main maintenance management modes of China high speed railway can be classified by 3 types:professional station and depot management mode,production integration management mode and'trinity'management mode.Combing the current situation and existing problems of the high speed railway maintenance management of the joint departments for track,communication&signaling and power supply,and making the comparison and analysis of the different maintenance modes for the joint Department,this paper proposes the suggestion of integrating maintenance management with the combination of track,communication&signaling and power supply from the following 6 aspects:the establishment of the equipment maintenance team for the joint department instead of the joint department,the integration of the rules and regulations,the unified production organization,the implementation of joint assessment,the intensive comprehensive training,and the promotion of scientific and technological innovation.
