摘要
通过数据包络分析方法及模型,测算2006—2017年我国铁路特种集装箱运输效率,并分析2011—2017年特种集装箱各箱型的相对效率,结果显示:(1)我国铁路特种集装箱运输的效率整体呈现先降后升的发展趋势,特别是在技术效率上还有待提升;(2)在各种箱型中,干散箱效率表现良好,其他箱型还需要通过积极手段来进一步提升效率水平。
With the help of data envelopment analysis,the paper calculates the transport efficiency of special railway container in China from 2016 to 2017 and analyzes the relative efficiency of different container types within the range of 2011 and 2017.The results indicate that the overall efficiency of special container transport in China rises after a fall,which means that there is still room for the improvement of technology efficiency.Besides,dry bulk container delivers the best performance in terms of efficiency,while proactive measures are to be taken to improve those of other container types.
