摘要
论述了对直线滚动导轨进行激光淬火的试验研究。结果表明,被淬滚道槽表面平均硬度高达HV812,硬化层深度可达0.4~0.6mm,工件变形远小于常规热处理工艺,效果良好。
This paper deals with the study of the linear guide by laser irradiation. The experimental result shows that after laser treatment the surface hardenness of average HV 812 of ball tracks and the hardenig depth about 0.4~0.6mm were obtained, and the deformation of workpieces is by far less than that one by means of conventional quenched. Thus it can be seen that laser heat treatment achieves good results.
