摘要
研究了汽车点火线圈用聚氨酯灌封料的应用工艺。分析了国产R1005型聚氨酯灌封材料在应用中出现的问题及其原因,提出了改进措施,使国产灌封材料替代了进口灌封材料,从而满足了汽车点火线圈的应用。
This paper introduces the advantage ,the technical performance and application of polyurethane potting material used in automobile ignition coils.The question happened in using domestic polyurethane potting material (model R1005) and its the corresponding reason is analysed.After the application technology was improved,as a result,the type potting material can substitute the import potting material.
