摘要
试验研究了重载冷挤压模具钢—W18Cr4V、LM2、65Nb和W9经不同热处理工艺处理后的显微组织和机械性能之间的关系。结果表明,LM2冷作模具钢,经部分等温淬火加高温回火处理后其强韧性较好,耐磨性较高。据此,选用LM2钢制造重载冷挤压模,通过复相处理得M/B下复相组织,可使模具寿命提高。
The relationship between microstructure and properties of heavy cold extrusion dies made of W18Cr4V、LM2、65Nb、W9 steels by various heat treatment was studied. The results show that strength-toughness and wear resistance of cold working die steel LM2 are better by the the partial austempering-temper. So the service life of heavy cold extrasion dies made of LM2 steel is increased by the trealment of M/B_Lduplex structure.
