浅析入世后中国国际私法的未来走向——兼论《中国国际私法示范法》

On the Future of PRC International Private Law

以《中国国际私法示范法》为中心 ,结合世界国际私法的发展趋势及我国国际私法的立法现状 ,面对中国加入WTO后的经济、法律环境 ,对《中国国际私法示范法》进行分析 ,并提出了进一步完善的建议。同时对入世后中国国际私法的未来走向进行前瞻 ,对面临的问题提出了看法和建议。

This article,focusing on the “Model Law on Internatonal Private Law of the People's Republic of China' and integrating trend of the world International Private Law,analyses the “Model Law on International Private Law of the People's Republic of China” when facing with economic and legal environment after China's access to WTO,and further proposes suggestions of improvement.Meanwhile this article envisions the possibilities of Chinese International Private Law after Chinese access to WTO as well as personal viewpoints and suggestions for the existing problems.
