残余奥氏体对GD钢等温处理强韧性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用透射电子显微镜研究了GD钢马氏体—下贝氏体复相组织中残余奥氏体的组织形态和分布,并通过深冷处理探讨了其对GD钢强韧性的影响。结果表明,适量的残余奥氏体使得材料具有最佳的强韧性配合;残余奥氏体使得材料的韧性和塑性大大提高,而强度有所降低。 The microstructure and distrbution of the retained austenite of GD Steel by TEM and the effect of retained austenite on strength and toughness of GD steel by means of ultralow temperature treatment are investigated The results show that suitable quantity of retained austenite makes the steeel exhibite an optimum combination of strength and toughness. The retained austenite increases the plastieity and toughness and decreases the strength slightly in GD steel.
