谈高校学生思想政治工作面临的问题及对策

On the Problems and Solutions of the Ideological Education in Universities and Colleges

当前 ,一部分大学生认为思想政治教育没有必要 ,片面追求个人的利益需求和价值实现 ,以及高校思想政治工作者自身素质有待提高、工作方法亟待改善等几个方面的问题存在 ,直接影响着高校思想政治工作的开展。这些问题应该从推进高校思想政治教育进网络工作、建立一支业务素质高、战斗力强的的思想政治工作队伍等几个方面加以解决。

At present,the ideological eductaion in universities and colleges is faced with five kinds of problems such as how to improve the educators' qualities and their working methods, and these problems lead to affect the ideological education in universities and colleges.This paper suggests four countermeasures to solve these problems.For example,we should cultivate as quickly as possible a group of ideological educators who are capable of professional work and so on.
