本文在调查研究的基础上 ,对苏中地区中小型图书馆自动化建设的现状进行了归纳与总结 ,并对苏中地区中小型馆的自动化建设的根本动力作了探讨 ,提出了苏中中小型馆在目前形势下的可作为之处。

Based on the results of researching ,this thesis make a discussion on the basic power of constructing of library automation system, and put forwards the possible functions of the libraries in the middle part of Jiangsu province.
