省级规划课题的全面质量管理初探

Approach to Overall Quality Control of Educational Research Topics Planned at Provincial Level

本文以现代管理科学的原理为依据,提出树立全面质量管理的基本理念,即采取双层管理、活动管理、载体管理等有形式,抓好省级课题的规范化管理、学术性管理、标准型管理等全面质量管理,力求达到提高省级规划课题的研究质量,实施"科研兴教"、"科研兴校"。

In the light of scientific fundamentals of modem management, this paper advances a mode of thought on the overall quality control——taking effective forms of double-level management, dynamic management and carrier management, making great efforts to standardized management and learning management of educational research topics of provincial level and improving the research quality of these topics to promote the prosperity of education and colleges
