摘要
试验表明,以型砂取代氧化铝、再通过氮化铵与氯化亚铜复合催渗以降低钒铁含量的新型粉末渗钒工艺,不仅降低了渗钒成本,而且对于许多钢种渗钒后都可获得优良的碳化钒层。这种渗层具有极高的硬度和耐磨性。试验采用的砂封法代替泥封法封箱,既简化了操作,又有利于渗层质量。
The test shows that usinga kind of new type powder vanadinizing technique, which substitute A1_2O_3 with moid sand, and with (NH_3)_5Cl and CuCl multi-activation for lowering V-Fe content, not only Lowers the cost but also obtains a better VC layer in many steels. This kind of layer has high hardness and wear resistance, Application of sand sealing replaced mud sealing simplified operation and was favorable for layer quality.
