在现代社会中,劳动者的自由流动是市场经济的必然要求,但人才流动带来了大量的商业秘密侵权。企业可以通过采取与职工签订保密合同、经济手段与行政手段相结合及利用法律的威慑力等几项措施,协调企业的商业秘密权与劳动者的职业选择权的冲突。
