The Surface Treatment of Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron by Laser and the Residual Stress State of Melted Layer

试验研究了激光处理工艺参数对球墨铸铁熔化层深和熔化层残余应力的影响,测试和分析了熔化层横向和纵向的残余应力分布规律。

The effect of the technical parameters of laser treatment on the depth and residual stress of melted layer of spheroidal graphite cast iron is studled. The distribution regularity of transversal and longitudinal residual stress of melted layer is measured.
