This paper,proceeding from the application and expression of Lumino-Kinetic Constution Art in painting,photographing,plane designing and assembling,expounds multiple forms and techniques of expression of the Lumino-Kinetic Constitution Art and its wide application in large media performance art,MTV,laser plastic arts and digital design art.
