摘要
对比研究了两种摩擦组元Fe和SiO2对铜基摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果发现:Fe和SiO2作为摩擦组元,二者的增摩效果不同。SiO2能较大的提高摩擦因数,却增加了材料的磨损量;Fe对提高摩擦因数的作用较小,但能有效地提高材料的耐磨性;当摩擦表面形成工作膜层后,SiO2提高摩擦因数的能力大大减小,表面膜填补了摩擦表面间的凹坑,减弱了SiO2磨粒的作用;Fe能参与表面工作膜的形成,铁氧化物的存在,改变了材料的摩擦磨损性能。
The friction and wear behavior of Fe and SiO2 in Cubased friction materials is compared in this paper.The results have shown that Fe and SiO2 are frictional particles and are used to raise the friction and wear properties of materials,but their effects are different.SiO2 can raise the friction coefficient more than Fe,but its wear volume increases.Fe can reduce the wear and make the coefficient stability.When a film is formed in the contact surface,the capability of SiO2 raising coefficient decreases.The film fills the gaps of the two surfaces of contact,this weakens the use of SiO2 in the process of friction.Fe has helps to form the film,its oxides can change the friction and wear properties of materials.
