摘要
目的建立一种操作简单、创伤小、适合针刺研究的模型。方法采用导管胶囊压迫脊髓 ,椎管狭窄率 5 0 %~ 6 0 %之间 ,压迫 2 4h后 ,测定脊髓功能 <3级即达到实验要求的不完全性截瘫模型。结果模型建立后 6h,7d,1 5d做脊髓功能评定。模型组脊髓功能明显低于对照组 ,1 5d时无自行恢复意义。光电镜观察 3个阶段均有不同程度脊髓损伤改变。结论该模型与人体外伤后截瘫形成的时间过程基本保持一致 ,操作简单 ,创伤小 ,保持了完整脊柱和椎管 ,可减少针刺及抓捕过程中的继发损伤 ,适合针刺研究的脊髓损伤模型。
Objective To prepare a kind of simple model suitable for the study of acupuncture on acute and in completely compressing paraplegia.Methods The model was prepared with the catheter-cyst method,which would cause vertebral canal stricture in the range of 50%~60% leading to compression on spinal cord.Affer 24 hours following compressing,the model with acute and incompletely compressing paraplegia would be successfully established when the function level of spinal cord was determined <3 levels.Results The function of spinal cord among the animals of modeling group was significantly worse than that of controlling group,there being no spontaneous recovery by the end of 15 th day following modeling.Furthermore,the spinal cord showed significant injuring changes as seen under electronic microscope. Conclusions This model is basically kept with the uniformity in the pathological course as that of human paraplegia and is very suitable as a model for the study of acupuncture in the treatment of this lesion.
