摘要
基于现有关于Aaberg排风罩的理论分析与实验研究,介绍了Aaberg排风罩的工作原理,整理了Aaberg排风罩的临界射流速度、吸气流场及有效作用范围的计算方法,进行了必要的理论推导与计算,得出了圆形Aaberg排风罩的实用设计计算公式,并确定了应用于工程设计的方法步骤.通过算例,在相同前提条件下,与传统排风罩的设计计算做了比较,其计算结果充分显示了圆形Aaberg排风罩在节能方面的优越性.该设计方法可作为工程实际应用的设计参考.
According to the theoretical analysis and experimental research of Aaberg exhaust hood on hand,the operating principle of Aaberg exhaust hood is introduced.The calculating method of the critical jet exit speed,the velocity profile and the control region ,which characters Aaberg flow,is sorted to obtain the calculating formulas and design steps of the axisymmetric Aaberg exhaust hood. Both the axisymmetric Aaberg exhaust hood and the traditional exhaust hood are calculated in the same operating conditions.Compared to the traditional exhaust hood,the result shows that the axisymmetric Aaberg exhaust hood is eminent in energy saving.It can be concluded that the approach can be applied as the reference to the practical application of the axisymmetric Aaberg exhaust hood.
