摘要
研究了奥氏体化温度对60Si2CrVA弹簧钢显微组织及机械性能的影响。发现钢中球状碳化物在奥氏体化温度超过950℃时开始大量溶解,并因此带来奥氏体晶粒直径,马氏体形态及机械性能的显著变化。研究表明,60Si2CrVA钢的最佳奥氏体化温度为900℃。
The effect of austenizing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of spring steel 60Si2CrVA has been investigated. It is found that there is a critical heating temperature of 950℃ at which nodular carbides begin to dissolve sharply, thus causing great change in austenite grain size, martensite morphology and mechanical properties. The results indicate that the Optimum austenizng temperature for the 60Si2CrVA steel is 900℃.
