摘要
目的 :观察克拉霉素与加替沙星联用对大鼠铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜肺部感染的治疗作用。方法 :建立铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜慢性肺感染的大鼠病理模型 ,应用克拉霉素 (10 0mg·kg-1)、加替沙星(2 5mg·kg-1)单独或联合治疗 ,观察感染症状、病理、细菌学以及免疫学变化。结果 :克拉霉素与加替沙星联合治疗 2wk后 ,可基本清除生物被膜感染肺内细菌 ,血清抗菌抗体接近正常 ,病理以修复期改变为主。结论
AIM: To investigate the comb in ed effects of clarithromycin and gatifloxacin on experimental pneumonia with pse udomonas aeruginosa in rats as a model for biofilm-associated infection. METHODS: The rat models of biofilm associated pulmonary infection were created, and then were divided into 4 groups: models, clarithromycin (100 mg·k g -1 ), gatifloxacin (25 mg·kg -1 ), and clarithromycin (100 mg·kg -1 )+gatifloxacin (25 mg·kg -1 ). The changes of pathology, bacteriology a nd immunology were observed. RESULTS: After the treatment of cla rithromycin combined with gatifloxacin, the bacterium in lung were almost cleane d, and the antibody in serum to bacteria returned to normal. The changes of path ology were restored. CONCLUSION: The combination of clarithromyc in and levofloxacin has synergism in treating biofilm-associated chronic respir atory infection in animal models.
