摘要
研究了以灰口铸铁为基体材料的Ni-P化学复合镀。首先探讨了铸铁镀前预处理工艺,其次通过调整镀液成分和镀覆条件,获得了一种比较理想的化学复合镀镀液配方和工艺,最后试验了各种添加粒子的复合镀。结果表明,可在铸铁表面获得高硬度Ni-P化学复合镀镀层。
The Ni-P compound chemical deposition on cast iron was studied. The reasonable technology of pretreatment was reserached. The better composition of solution and condition of deposition was obtained. The technology and performance of seven kinds of Ni-P compound chemical disposition was tested, the result indicated that it can obtain the Ni-P compound chemical deposition layer with higher hardness on cast iron.
