大型铸铁件呋喃树脂自硬砂型(芯)用醇基钛渣涂料的研究

A Study on Alcohol-Base Ti Slag Coating Used for Cold-Setting Furan Resin Sand Mould (Core) for Heavy Castings

用正交试验设计方法进行了多项涂料性能试验,确定了醇基钛渣涂料的配方。所得结果在呋喃树脂自硬砂型(芯)大型船用柴油机缸体铸铁件生产中得到验证和应用。

The properties of coating are tested with orthogonal design method. The directions of alcohol base Ti slagcoating is determined. The conclusions are employed in cold-setting furan resin sand mould (core) in production of cylinder block of heavy marine diesel engine.
