摘要
本文较详细地介绍了三个电厂300MW机组安装调试中出现的抗燃油污染事故情况,分析了事故发生的原因,即因螺杆泵磨损、大量铝颗粒进入油中,以及使用了与抗燃油不相适应的橡胶管。最后提出了对污染油的处理意见和建议。
Three 300MW fossil—fired power plants, which had their noninflammable oil contaminated during installation and commissioning test, are introduced. On analysis, this contamination was caused by the entrance of large amount of aluminum particles from screw pump wearing into the oil and the use of unproper rubber tubes as well. Mothods have been proposed to handle this problem.
