软弱地层地铁盾构下穿高铁的安全控制技术研究 被引量:40

摘要 依托苏州轨道交通2号线盾构下穿沪宁城际高速铁路工程,采用理论分析和三维数值仿真,系统地阐述分析软弱地层条件下盾构穿越高铁所存在的风险,并研究提出一套包括多方面措施的安全控制体系。研究表明:制定沉降控制标准时必须充分考虑地层工后沉降;仅针对地层注浆加固的传统方案难以满足穿越高铁要求,研究提出了"分区注浆+板桩隔离"的新型保护体系;穿越施工期间应限制列车运行速度,优良的盾构设备、微扰动掘进工艺、充分同步注浆及二次补浆、自动化远程监控等措施,可有效规避或降低穿越高铁施工风险。实际工程安全顺利穿越高铁,验证说明了本文所提出的盾构穿越高铁控制措施的合理性、有效性。 Based on the construction of shield underpassing Shanghai-Nanjing intercity high-speed railway in Suzhou rail transit line 2, the risk of shield underpassing high-speed railway was analyzed systematically and a set of risk control system including various measures was proposed by theoretical analysis and three dimensional numerical simulation. The research results show that post-construction settlement should be given full consideration when making settlement control standard. Due to the fact that traditional solution of just grouting reinforcement can't meet the need of crossing through high-speed railway, the new protection system of plank-pile structure with partition grouting was put forward. The train running speed should be limited during underpassing construction period,excellent shield equipment, tunneling technology of small perturbations,fully synchronous and secondary grouting and automatic remote monitoring can effectively avoid or reduce the construction risk of underpassing high-speed railway. The safety and smoothly of practical engineering illustrates the rationality and validity of the shield crossing through high-speed railway control measures proposed by the paper.
