装配式地铁车站结构双榫槽接头抗弯刚度研究 被引量:10

摘要 以长春地铁2号线袁家店预制装配式车站为工程背景,采用数值模拟方法研究了预制装配式地铁车站双榫槽式接头抗弯刚度的影响因素。计算结果表明:(1)加载初期,抗弯刚度随弯矩的增大迅速减小,随着弯矩的增大,接头抗弯刚度变化幅度趋缓;弯矩值相同工况下,轴力越大,抗弯刚度越大。(2)接头部位注浆时的抗弯刚度大于接头部位不注浆的抗弯刚度;在加载初期,接头部位注浆与不注浆两种情况的抗弯刚度差值较大,随着弯矩逐渐增大,两者的差值逐渐缩小。(3)改变接头部位的尺寸参数对抗弯刚度影响并不十分明显。 Taking Yuanjiadian prefabricated subway station of the Changchun metro line 2 as engineering background,the influence factors of bending stiffness for the double tenon groove joints under the combined action of axial force and bending moment is studied by numerical simulation method. The calculation results show that:( 1) The Bending stiffness decreases rapidly with the increase of bending moment at the initial stage of loading,and then the bending stiffness of joint decreases gradually with the increase of bending moment. Under the same axial force,the bigger the axial force,the larger the bending stiffness.( 2) The bending stiffness of the joint is higher than that of the joint without grouting. At the initial stage of joint loading,there is a big difference between the two kinds of situations of grouting and non grouting. The difference of the bending stiffness of the joint between grouting and non grouting decreases gradually with the increase of bending moment.( 3) The influence of joint size parameters on bending stiffness is not obvious.
