摘要
文中以重庆北站交叉隧道为工程背景,解决零距离大断面交叉隧道下穿既有高铁车站及地下停车场的施工技术难题。对交叉隧道的上方隧道十号线隧道施工过程进行力学及变形分析;对交叉隧道施工进行仿真模拟,分析了整个交叉隧道施工过程的受力及变形规律。最后对监测数据进行分析,并与模拟值进行对比分析,发现实测数据与模拟值变形曲线较为一致,且其值相差不大,说明该数值模拟的可靠性。交叉段施工监测数据表明,地表建筑物、拱顶沉降、净空收敛最终稳定值分别为-8.9mm、-11.3mm、-8.8mm,都在安全控制范围内,说明该方案施工是安全合理的。
This paper takes the Chongqing North Railway Station crossing tunnel as the engineering background,and solves the construction technical problem of crossing the existing high-speed railway station and the underground parking lot of the large cross section tunnel with zero distance. The mechanical and deformation analysis of the tunnel construction of the Tunnel No. ten above the cross tunnel is carried out. The simulation of the cross tunnel construction is carried out,and the stress and deformation laws of the whole cross tunnel construction process are analyzed. Finally,the monitoring data are analyzed and compared with the simulation values. It is found that the measured data are consistent with the simulated value and the deformation curve,and the difference between them is not obvious,which shows the reliability of the numerical simulation. The cross section data construction monitoring shows that the building on the ground,vault settlement,convergence ultimate stability values were-8. 9 mm,-11. 3 mm,-8. 8 mm,in the safety control scope,the construction scheme is safe and reasonable.
