摘要
以长春地铁2号线袁家店预制装配式车站为工程背景,采用足尺加载试验研究方法,对地铁车站结构的双榫槽式接头在轴弯组合工况下的力学性能进行加载试验研究。通过试验研究,得出了双榫槽式接头部位的混凝土结构裂缝及构件接缝变形演变规律,探讨了接头转角与弯矩的关系,在此基础上研究了各个主要轴力工况下的接头抗弯刚度变化规律。试验结论对装配式地铁车站结构的接头设计具有重要应用价值。
With engineering background of Yuanjiadian prefabricated subway station of the Changchun metro line 2,Flexural mechanical properties of the double tenon groove joints under the condition of axial force together with bending moment are studied by full-scale loading test method. In the paper,the evolution laws of concrete structure crack and joint seam deformation in double tenon groove joints are obtained. The relation between joint rotation angle and bending moment is discussed. Besides,the varations of bending stiffness in joints under different axial forces are obtained.Conclusions of the experiment are of great value to the joint design in assembly metro station.
