喷射FRP-混凝土界面的黏结滑移模型研究

摘要 为研究喷射FRP-混凝土界面黏结滑移关系,对5个试件进行了双面剪切试验以及数值模拟,分析其界面破坏模式、界面受剪承载力、加载端荷载滑移曲线、界面黏结滑移关系等力学性能指标,并对纤维体积率、喷射FRP厚度等影响因素展开了研究。最后在试验和数值模拟的基础上,建立了喷射FRP-混凝土界面黏结滑移本构模型,并将模型计算结果与试验结果进行对比。研究表明:纤维体积率和喷射FRP厚度对界面黏结性能影响较大;论文所建的界面有限元模型可较为准确地模拟喷射FRP-混凝土界面的黏结力学性能;提出的指数型理论计算模型具有较高的准确度及一定的安全裕度,可用于实际工程中分析喷射FRP-混凝土界面黏结力学性能。论文研究成果可为喷射FRP加固技术的应用推广提供理论基础。 In order to study the bond-slip relationship of sprayed FRP-concrete interface, double-lap shear tests and numerical simulations were performed on five specimens. The interfacial failure modes, interface shear bearing capacity, load-slip curve, bond-slip relationship and other mechanical properties were analyzed, and the influencing factors such as fiber volume fraction and sprayed FRP thickness were studied. Finally, on the basis of experiments and numerical simulations, a bond-slip constitutive model for sprayed FRP-concrete interface was established, and calculation results of the model were compared with the experimental results. The results show that both the fiber volume fraction and the sprayed FRP thickness have a great influence on the interfacial bonding mechanical properties;the finite element model constructed in this paper can accurately simulate the bonding mechanical properties of the sprayed FRP-concrete interface;The proposed exponential theoretical calculation model has high accuracy and a certain safety margin, and can be used in practical engineering to analyze the bonding FRP-concrete interface mechanical properties. The results of the dissertation can provide a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of sprayed FRP reinforcement technology.
