多效抗旱驱鼠剂的抗旱促长作用机理研究 被引量:13

摘要 以植物根际土壤微循环为基础,从土壤结构、酸碱度、矿化作用、酶活性、水分分布和水势等方面研究了多效抗旱驱鼠剂(RPA)的抗旱促长作用原理。结果表明:RPA的促长作用是通过各组分的协同作用实现的,高分子材料的吸水功能,调节了土壤中的水分分布,提高了植物根际土壤水分的含量,在根系周围形成一个小水库,为植物生长提供了充足的水分;RPA增强了植物根际土壤中水分子的能量,降低了水势,有利于植物根系的吸收,克服了干旱时高分子材料引起的水分反渗透现象。同时,对土壤pH值的微调节作用,提高了土壤酶的活性,促进了土壤养分的矿化作用,使植物根际土壤有效养分含量增加,促进了植物根系的吸收和生长。根系吸收面积的增加,提高了根系的吸收功能,反过来又促进土壤的矿化作用和水分的转移,形成了植物根系与根际土壤养分转化和水分交流的良性循环,起到促进生长的作用。 On the basis of soil microcirculation around plant roots, the mechanism of drought resistance and growth promotion of RPA, a rodenticide was studied including soil structure, pH, mineralization, enzymes activity, moisture-distribution and the flow of water. The result showed that the growth promotion of RPA was realized by many factors cooperated with each other. The bibulous function of acromolecule material adjusted the moisture-distribution around plant roots; and provided enough water for plant growth; RPA increased the energy of water molecule, debased the flow of water, and was favorable to the absorption ability of the plant. It improved that the activity of enzymes and mineratization of soil nutrient were promoted through adjusting pH. And these were advantageous to plant growing. Formed the favorable cycles of soil nutrient and moisture communion between plants and soil.
