摘要 本文通过对某煤矿35106综采工作面煤样自然发火实验的测试确定了其过程中与火灾相关参数的各项指标。采用在工作面两顺槽定点预先埋设取气束管和温度传感器,根据随着工作面不断推进后采空区内各观测点气体浓度及温度变化情况,结合计算机数值模拟分析,确定工作面采空区自燃'三带'宽度,计算出工作面最小安全推进速度。并结合矿井实际生产情况,采取注浆等采空区防灭火技术措施,确保工作面的安全回采。 Through the test of spontaneous combustion of coal sample in 35106 fully mechanized coal mining face of a coal mine,the indexes of fire related parameters in the process are determined.In the two roadways of the working face,gas bundle tubes and temperature sensors are pre-positioned at fixed points.According to the changes of gas concentration and temperature at the observation points in the goaf after the continuous advance of the working face,combined with computer numerical simulation analysis,the width of'three zones'of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the working face is determined,and the minimum safety push of the working face is calculated.Entry speed.Combining with the actual production situation of the mine,the comprehensive goaf fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures such as grouting are adopted to ensure the safe mining of the working face.
