Manufacture and Application of Mine Fly Ash Mixer

针对煤矿井下喷浆用粉煤灰搅拌不方便的问题,本文利用防爆电机、减速机和废旧煤矿运料车设计制作了矿用粉煤灰搅拌车,该粉煤灰搅拌车设计简单,结构紧凑、操作方便,使用效果良好,既保障了粉煤灰的质量,提高了工作效率,也节约了大量人力物力。

In view of the inconvenient stirring of fly ash for coal mine underground grouting,this paper designs and manufactures mine fly ash mixer truck by using explosion-proof motor,reducer and waste coal mine transport vehicle.It has the advantages of simple design,compact structure,convenient operation and good use effect,which not only ensures the quality of the fly ash,but also improves the work efficiency,and also saves a lot of manpower and material resources.
