合山电厂文丘里水膜除尘器的改造

摘要 采用全麻石结构的文丘里水膜除尘器,是合山电厂1~7号炉解决由于燃用高灰分和高硫分煤所引起的除尘器严重腐蚀与磨损的主要经验之一。此外,对除尘器的结构形式,安装施工质量,麻石的选用等也进行了一些探讨。本文在多年不断进行技术改造的基础上,总结出一些技术和经验,可供同类采用此种除尘器的电厂借鉴。 Heshan power plant has gained much experience in solving serious errosion and corrosion problems of scrubber, caused by high—ash high—sulfur coal firing, installed on its No. 1—7 boilers. One of its major experience to solve the problem is using full—lined granulite venturi scrubber. Also, some work has been conducted on scrubber structure and installation, and granulite selection as well. Based on the retrofit of scrubber for years, the author presents a summary of the techniques and experience being used by the plant, which might be referenced by other plants having the same scrubber.
