摘要
分析铜银接触线的成分均匀性和强度分布、平直度(小波浪)与工厂制线和架线、脆断与制造方法和内部缺陷、晶粒度与制造方法以及双沟形接触线的"沟角"精度与线夹等问题,通过与国外同类产品对比、大量实验和现场检验指出,连铸—冷轧—拉制或连铸连轧—拉制法两种生产方法在国内外都适于生产铜银接触线,而且国产化的铜银接触线已达到了国外同类产品的水平。随着电气化铁路进一步的提速,探讨了接触线的发展方向,其中有铜镁、铜锆铬和铜(或铜合金)包钢接触线。
In the past, slews of steelaluminum composite wires have been used in China. Nowadays, with the speedup of the electrified railway, the CuAg contact wire is more used. In areas such as the homogeneity of the composition of CuAg contact wire and the distribution of strength, the straightness (small waves) and the factory production quality and installation quality, brittle fracture and manufacturing method and internal defect, the grain size and production method and precision of the 'groove angle' of doublegroove type contact wire and wire clamp, comparison is made with the same kind of products manufactured at home and abroad. Abundant experiment results indicate that both the continuous castingcold rollingdrawing method and the continuous casting and rollingdrawing method at home and abroad are suitable for producing CuAg contact wire. The homemade CuAg contact wire has the same level of performance as that abroad. With the further speeding up of the electrified railway, the paper explores the development direction of contact wires in the future, including CuMg wire, CuZrCr wire and copper (or copper alloy) clad steel wire.
