摘要
介绍一种利用火电厂排烟余热的低压节能复合系统。本技术是西安交通大学的一项发明专利[专利号86105222].系统的低压节能器与热力系统的低压加热器串联或并联连接,可减少低压加热器的抽汽量,降低排烟温度,提高电厂热效率。经在山东龙口电厂100MW机组上七年的运行,可使排烟温度下降25℃,供电煤耗下降8g/(kw·h)。实践证明系统安全可靠,操作方便,投资回收年限短,经济效益显著,是火电厂节能降耗的有效途径。
This paper presents a low—pressure combined heating system utilizing the waste heat of boiler flue gas,which is an patent of Xi' an Jiaotong University (Patent No. 86105222). In this system, since a regenerative heater ulitizing the waste heat of boiler flue gas connected in parallel or in series with the low—pressure heaters, the thermal efficiency of power plant is thus increased by reducing the amount of steam extracted for the low—pressure heater and the exit temperature of flue gas. It was shown, through operation for 7 years in one of the Chinese power plants, that the exit temperature of flue gas was reduced by 25℃ and the coal consumption for net generation by 8g/(kW·h). This system has been proved to be an effective way for energy conservation in thermal power plant, since it has the advantages such as safe and easy operation, short—term investment recovery and better economic benefit.
